Traditional Full-Bodied Dreadnaught - 6 string
Prop. Chris Anstead
Traditional Full-Bodied Dreadnaught - 6 string Intended primarily as a chord-player's instrument, this spruce/mahogany combination produces a warm, woody balanced tone where the individual string colours are blended into a sonorous whole. In keeping with tradition the neck is one-piece mahogany as well which contributes to the warmth of the tone. The action and intonation is accurate and consistent throughout the 24 fret range due to the through-neck design. The guitar is light and resonant, highly suitable for bluegrass and flat-picking. Cut-Away Dreadnaught - 6 string
Prop. Elizabeth Kater
Cut-Away Dreadnaught - 6 string A versatile workhouse acoustic guitar whose 24-fret range is very accessible with the cut-away. The cedar/walnut combination produces a warm singing tone, somewhat woody but with long sustain and clear individual string sonorities. The maple neck enhances the clarity and boosts the trebles. The guitar is certainly at home with straight basic chordal work but is more suitable for melodic runs. It also amplifies extremely well through a sound-hole pickup. Cut-Away Dreadnaught - 6 string

Cut-Away Dreadnaught - 12 string
Prop. Scott Taylor
Cut-Away Dreadnaught - 12 string This guitar embarrasses me—everyone who plays it immediately falls in love with it proclaiming it the best 12 string they have ever played. "I can't do this on mine" is a typical comment during playing. The spruce/walnut combination still retains a certain woody tone, but with the maple neck the sound sparkles and shimmers from upper partials. Every string is heard very clearly with a super-long sustain and a deep gutsy bass. The strings are light gauge and the action is very low. One of my favorite guitars. The sound is incredible.
